Is /mnt/lib/modules/NT14U/ folder exist ?
TV: Samsung UE40F6330AK (FW: T-MST12DEUC-1119.0 2014-02-22 / SamyGO) + HDD 1Tb 2,5" (TOSHIBA MQ01ABD1);
TV: Philips 26PF4311 + Cable TV Receiver LATEL LC-808HD (with NFS client, DLNA - n/a, Samba - n/a);
Router: Netgear WNDR3800 (FW: OpenWrt Attitude Adjustment 12.09-beta2) + HDD 1Tb 2,5" (SEAGATE Expansion STBX1000201) (with NFS,DLNA and Samba servers).

yes but is empty checked with ftp as still no telnet...

How about Teamviewer ? Would you like to have quick look with flashFXP Whats going on in there ?

Are you restart TV ?
I checked samyext4.img . /mnt/lib/modules/NT14U/ folder is exist

It's expected that /mnt/lib/modules/NT14U is empty once modules have been moved to the right place (on 1st run).
Looks the problem is more with anyver.ko, several modules are not loaded due to wrong vermagic.

Yep! Restarted many times already. Instant power on is set to OFF

Doing it again with plug out and two clicks on remote ;]

Still the same. Got FTP access but no telnet or ssh ;/

Well is there any way to get oscam running without telnet ? It's only thing I need for now...

Hex-edit vermagic should be enough to get modules working :)

telnet is work!
"/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off" is normal.
To change rights - chmod 777 /mnt/etc/init.d/[oscam].init
