Yes. It was deleted and Does Not anymore supported by server side.
No help. You can get youtube widget to tv easy, but without server suport you cant get it working.

I'm afraid no, unless you use e.g. a Chromecast dongle.

Then easy way is buy newer tv?
Why google=youtube not make any compatibile app? I think d series work well today, or not? Is end of life of this generation tv?
