I'm not expert in eeproms, but I think the point is to be able to read label of every 8 pins chips

But I don't find any 8 pin chip beginning with atml.
Also how do I remove this black cover off the main board?

i can`t see almost any label of 8-leg chip. Can you?
So either take pictures again with better focus/resolution/lighting, or write down here. For example:
IC201 -
IC202 -
and same for all 8-pin chips. Every letter/digit is important. thanks.
update: while i was writing, you have added some pics. will check it and write reply.

Is here anywhere chip, labeled on mainboard IC1602?
or any chip, with label S24C51

That's all I can find here. Do u reckon I should the black cover ? If yes, how do I do that bcoz I can't seem to remove it

what are chips, marked as IC1601 and IC1602? Need letters and digits stright on chips itself, not on mainboard
