You are talking different things. You sad that your firmware is "T-CHL5DEUC" which uses SquasFS for their images.
But you now using T-CHL7DEUC key. If your firmware is T-CHL7DEUC, than your firmware is not SquashFS, its FAT16 image. You needed to mount it...
