My mistake
I have update firmware back 2005 SamyGO. Image directory files are not copied: fmw.bin; image; u-boot.bin.(force_fw_back_v0.2)

you guys are kiding... few same mistkes and bricks on this weekend...
you have used the one of very first and really insecure ffb version 0.2 instead of using latest one...
So what now?

can you enter some commands to your terminal window after you type "debug" and get last line "[SERIAL INPUT MANAGE] serial input ENABLE!!!!!"
If you see what you type, then here is chance to unbrick. If not....

After [SERIAL INPUT MANAGE] serial input ENABLE!!!!

When you enter '1198282' numbers twice after debug string, you will see TOP Debug Menu like that:
