i was asking because you have 4 different Band High/Vertical, High/Horizontal, Low/V and Low/H, may you miss a full band for some reason, possible tuner issue

ok so how explain the lack of signal? With another receiver there is signal and I can get the channels!!!

Have you set symbol rate to 30000 for the transponder you want to tune?

Yes i have the "Zon tv cabo" on my samsung TV.Yes i have signal with this operator! The problem is "Meo"!!!

Ok, i have tried this frequencys of "MEO": 12092 H; 12052 H; 12012 H; 11731 H! No signal!!!! I just have signal with the operator "Zon" in the frequency: 12012 V / 27500.

The reciever that works what make is it? And what is the signal level shown?

Try picking the strongest signal on the working box, then try the Sammy tv with same transponder details?

Some tunners are better than others at picking up signals, maybe your dish needs tweaking for sammy tvs not so good tunner?

Hi the receiver is a original box of operator MEO! With this box i have 70% of signal!
