There is no easy turning back from the last FW release... I think you have better to get an update tool from Samsung to make your firmware reverted back.
Some of our users are flashed and lucky ones could revert back. But it's a dangerous process and could easily make your tv bricked...

Re: Please help me..
I would like to knew how you where able to crossflash, i thought samsung had build in check against such things?saboor wrote:I have an LA46B650 LCD and I found that internet@tv is not working. I called the Samsung support number and they informed me that the TV is perfect and the problem is with my ISP.
Not convinced with this stupid answer I decided to update my TV firmware especially it is mentioned that it is harmless and I can roll back to old version easily. I thought they locked this service in my country so I updated with UK version which is LE46B650.
After the update the internet@tv worked but AV1 and AV2 stopped working instead I got Ext1 and Ext 2 which does not work. Now I can not revert to the old firmware and my TV does not work.
Please help me because I have been cheated by Samsung. If you know a way to activate the AV in this firmware or better if I can revert to my old firmware.
Thank you.
Have you tried to flash the right FW for you TV?
Last thing, i don`t think that you have been cheated by samsung. It`s like with PC`s in 90% of the cases the Problem sits in front of it.
Maybe there was an error in your settings or something else...

Who are they, can they contact me? (I need to go back to 3000 on my T-CHU7DEUC).

About Samsung protest, It's looks like they are released a firmware because of us. Than we can announce this at big computer hacker magazines that attract people attention much more than cnet forums.
