the audio PID has a wrong map ID

At least I have functional PVR via NFS Connection...

Needed to release this version in download area.
I think it's done

Works OK on my TV. I'm using it with a Samba share.
Tested with 4:3 and 16:9 standard definition and also with HD, 16:9, regular and letter boxed stations.

One issue is that for the resulting file contains too many unnecessary streams, 15 streams in total, like
- EPG from other channels:
"EPG Discovery T&L [Program 320]
2010-06-24 00:55:00: Rochia perfecta (00:30) - (f. s. doc.)
2010-06-24 01:25:00: Chirurgia obezitatii (00:50) - (f. s. doc.)"

- Station info from other channels, like
"Discovery World [Program 300]
Publicist: RCS
Status: Running
Type: Digital television service"

- teletext information as subtitle stream

and needs to be "repaired" in order to be played by the TV.
