Or change the port of the existing one. Not sure what SamyGO actually does behind the scenes. But I thought it enabled Root and opened the ports on the existing FTP server or installs one. But if its not getting Root, it cant do anything?

So what we need is to modify the Samygo to make it open for root and open port 21 then, hope someone is looking innto this

I guess the Skype parts that samygo uses are somewhere else on Evolution Kit and that's why it doesn't work.
This is just a speculation on my part and is only based on the fact that Skype still works after we run samygo, yet samygo reports that the required files are present on TV.

Yes that's basically what I am getting. SamyGo reports no errors on install. But Skype is still working fine, can still make calls ect.

I was correct in my guess, libSkype.so is in a different place on Evolution Kit and thats why it didn't work. I found out where it is and we have FTP access on 2013 Evolution Kit (firmware 1007.2)!
I will modify SamyGO for Evolution Kit and post it soon. I hope this is OK with the original developer of SamyGO (i have no idea who that is?).
