how about the subtitle button on the remote control? Do you access the menu with the font size? Or maybe in the main menu of TV /Settings...

Nevermind, I know my TV by heart, this option is nowhere. Only option was "get closer to TV"

One more manufacturer subtle and unexplainable voluntary restraint of certain models...
Small and large subtitles sizes can be patched but not selected!

Setting background color is a bad idea TV makes this Caption label the size of (almost) while screen so if for instances you set red background for subtitles (almost) whole screen becomes red So to have "correct" subtitles background we would have to manually calculate the size of the Caption label and adjust for every line. Really annoying to make it stable so I give up and don't plan to investigate any further. Samsung decided to make it easy for them and set permanent size to (almost) whole screen and make it transparent. That way they don't have to adjust size of Caption label for every Subtitle line. If they would at least calculate correct size it would make some sense to add an option for setting background color but now it's pointless...

I will send request to their software department and request such function to be included in next firmware upgrade file

No matter, with font color set to bright yellow, no need for a background color

I have already (regarding different devices) reported around 40-50 bugs/feature requests. The answer was always "we will consider that in the future products"

how to install this patch? it`s my first time im testing it
