Ok, some folder kept a wrong temp name in a recent 1st post update...
Rename folder called SamyGO_data_Debug2 to SamyGO_data on your USB.
If no luck, redownload all files and restart from scratch

I have a problem at the first time starts samygo root. If I turn off the TV and then turn on again then the root is not working. Only when I press Smart Hub and dan manuel Create Works of root. Autostart is Aktive!

Root USB must remain plugged.

USB stick is always plugged in. only the autostart not works for me

I said USB have to remain plugged just because I see on your screenshot "Found 0 devices"
You should use another USB (a faster one I guess).

On my TV the root works fine, but at the start after starting the root app the TV show me the virt. USB as pop up. How can I deactivate this?

Have already tried USB 3.0 and also a lot of other USB sticks

Auto Ticker Looks your firmware is too new and you did NOT block updates on router and did NOT disable OTN Support ASAP
