I tried with the F5xxx/6xxx version and the link https://www.sendspace.com/file/4s3x45 is working. I installed the program and it is working on my F8500 even if it is for the F5xxx/6xxx version!

When the F7xxx/8xxxx file will return available again i will uninstall the F5/6xxx and re install the F7/8xxx version.

Is there any other working link for F7xxx/8xxx?
I'm curios: what are the differences between the two versions since both working?

The difference is minimal. But there may be unexpected errors when using Skype, if you download the wrong version.

It seems disabled a functionality working in the original version: the ability of the camera to follow with zoom the voice/movements.
It's not so important. Anyway I will better test tomorrow .

I can't seem to read anywhere but, is there an order for installing the Skype App?
Does it matter if OTN is disabled then install skype, or first install skype then disable OTN?
I'm getting an error code 013 which is mostly related to DNS, but just wanna make sure it doesn't come from disabling OTN first.

nope, it works BEST with OTN Disabled. Moreover if OTN Disabled and updated blocked on router CORRECTLY you will still have Skype

I'm stumped on the error code 013 right after hitting the Install Skype. The DNS setting is pointing directly to Google public servers, the OTN is disabled in the advanced service menu. I'm using the correct skype version for E7_8. Have I overlooked something?

Extracted from the install guide :
For Series E: Connect the USB stick to the switched off TV, turn on and wait 30-40 seconds. The page should appear with applications SamyGo installer icon with an inscription and with the name "Install". -> does a page really show up if I wait for 30-40sec after power on, or do I launch Smart Hub, go to Samsung Apps, and find the Skype Install icon ?
