I can't find the tool to format FAT the usb, so I stay with the fat32, and I am still need help about my previous questions
To those who had success in installing samygo on a BD-Fxxxx (or other BD, i have the F6500)
* could you get it through wifi (I couldn't, got the "network interference error, error code 013", yet webbrowser is functionning so the wifi bluray connection is good)
* how many byte is it indicated right below the SamyGO_Bluray_F icon in smartHub (I got the icon but with the mention 0Byte installed)
* is your usb is FAT or FAT32 formatted (not sure what is the good one for the iinstall) ?

Do you load the usb after turning bluray on and entering apps menu? If I enter the usb before turning on installation doesn't work for me. But I don't get that error, instead device simply doesn't find the app.
Size says 1.39mb

"Do you see SamyGO icon if you power on your bluray player WITHOUT rooting usb ?"
No icon if bluray is power on without usb
"Do you load the usb after turning bluray on and entering apps menu?"
Here is what I do.
* No usb, power on
* checking smarthub/samsung apps/downloaded apps/ -> no samygo icon
* still powered on, inserting fat32 usb with only the two directories (SamyGO_Bluray_F, SamyGO_data)
* a pop up appears, I click on all the content, that opens the usb and I see the two directories
* then I check again the smarthub/samsung apps/downloaded apps/ -> there is now the samygo icon, but with "installed 0Byte", and if I click on, the error message pops up ("network interference...)

I am not sure if i understand the question
About what log your are talking ?
The only log I know, is the log to the smarthub account (samsung account logs) and it is automatic when I go to smarthub

Okay are you logged to ANY "samsung/smarthub account" when you try to launch SamyGO ?

As soon as I open the smarthub, the log to my samsung account happens , it is automatic, with the log and password already in the bluray settings

Then logout/remove account

IMHO you should NOT be logged in
