Updating firmware with 3001.1 is definitely wrong movement...
You needed to enable root access to TV.
I believe updating to 3001.1 is also erases the u-boot. So you can't use ExLink and u-boot alternative firmware...
juuso is mastered on making semi-or-full death to live process. In both world...
I think he will help you also.

i see here really bad situation:
  • Here is no content library - can`t start any telnet enabler application and no chance to FFB.
  • The latest firmware removed u-boot and disabled console over exlink - no access as well.
  • The 3001.1 firmware is the latest and TV does not accept any other firmware - restoring kernel and u-boot over firmware update does not work anymore
The goal is to copy required files to right place (Restore content library).

I have for you one solution - copy files over modified B series widget. But i need to prepare it for your specific needs, do not use widget from link on this topic, it does not support plasmas yet. But you could try to setup this widget according manual - later you`ll delete it.

Check please: is it possible to use non yahoo widgets on your TV? (Reset TV settings over plug & play and choose CIS or Ireland during setup process not only for widgets, but for general TV)
If your test is positive, i`ll make widget for you.

We need the copy of content library partition(just files, not dump) of plasma B680T5W (i guessing it is ok to have B650 as well or might we could restore content of any B650 not only plasma series - in case we do not get required files for your model)

It is up to you what method to use. Glad that everything is ok :)

But tell me, how did you start FFB without content library (it was deleted, as i remember correctly) and postFEB firmware?
I do not get something here...
