Oh, i checked, all 7 dumps are identical. Something was wrong. Pls paste here the output of commands:

Code: Select all

cat /proc/partitions
and

Code: Select all

df -h
Maybe partition numbers You have are different. You can try

Code: Select all

cat /dev/bml1 > /dtv/usb/sda1/bml_1
cat /dev/bml2 > /dtv/usb/sda1/bml_2
cat /dev/bml3 > /dtv/usb/sda1/bml_3
cat /dev/bml4 > /dtv/usb/sda1/bml_4
cat /dev/bml5 > /dtv/usb/sda1/bml_5
cat /dev/bml6 > /dtv/usb/sda1/bml_6
cat /dev/bml7 > /dtv/usb/sda1/bml_7
Maybe it works...

Ok, it seems to be corect :)
You helped us so much!

We have successfuly restored u-boot, kernel and utility partition from dumps You gave via normal TV upgrade by renaming files to u-boot, frw.bin and Image, deleting empty lines with help of HEX editor and by adding it to firmware upgrade file. I write more tomorow. Now we have exlink console, u-boot on the very latest firmware version (T-CHL5DEUC 2010.1 step2) and it accepts further fw upgrades (with some trick)...

can you pls. mail me (arris@zsolttech.com)

the output of (after insmod /mtd_rwarea/drivers/rt73.ko)

Code: Select all

dmesg
than

Code: Select all

cat /proc/version

Code: Select all

cat /proc/kallsyms

Code: Select all

cat /proc/cpuinfo
strange that you have network drivers in your partition dumps.

thnx
