I flashed older firmware to my TV using FFB, and now I've got NEW(restricted) fw as an alternative. Can I replace it too?
(
details here)

It is not really necessary, but if you want, you can install any non restricted firmware in regular way. You don`t need ffb anymore. Any firmware installation replaces alternative firmware.

Thanks! So, to make it clear:
every time flashing occurs, alternative firmware is deleted, current firmware is moved to alternative firmware place, and the new firmware becomes current?
every time flashing occurs, alternative firmware is deleted, current firmware is moved to alternative firmware place, and the new firmware becomes current? (always automatically, unrelated to fw versions?)
So in my situation I can upload modified firmware and I'll have clean 3000.G as a backup/alt fw?

Everything is correct. You have successfully downgraded from T-CHL7DEUC-2005.0 to T-CHL7DEUC-2005.0 as expected. The FFB is ONLY for downgrade. In your case you did obsolete step, because your firmware was not (and now it still is not) restricted at all.
