I ended up ordering a Samsung Service Remote instead on Amazon for around $10. I've worked as an advanced tech support rep for Cellular devices for over 15 years. I can say with all certainty that that 90% of the mobile devices in the United States no longer have IR blasters in them. Options would be, purchase and IR blaster dongle for your android or iPhone, purchase a Samsung remote with numbers and the other buttons required to enter the service menu or purchase the Samsung Service Remote as I did. (The model # for the Samsung Service remote is: AA81-0243A.) A simple google search will bring them up for you on ebay, amazon and many other places.

You need to send S1 (INFO) S2 (FACTORY) read help from app. And also source has to be TV

I have downloaded and installed the app can somebody help me confirm if the app works on the following TV?
