Since there is no Kernel support for networking and no ethernet port on those TV models who is using this firmware, T-CHL5DEUC has no Telnet enable code.
So this error is normal.

It "could" be possible, or not...
If your device is CI, not CI+, than you can force your device via flashing by hand.
But this hack absolutely require "ExLink cable" and console access from it, because you could needed to revive your bricked TV.

And why did you make it with 0.14 version?
There is no difference for CHL5DEUC, I mean no subtitle or another hack supported on SquashFS imaged firmwares (yet)
