This is wonderful but you need to add BRUNO-PC to the path so to becomes /dtv/usb/sda/smb/BRUNO-PC and run command:

ls -al /dtv/usb/sda/smb/BRUNO-PC 
see what's there and keep adding folders to the path till you reach any media file that doesn't play

All of media files played inside smb folder i can play! Using "Fusesmb" it?s not possible!

Not posting the result of this command (with path directly to your files (when mounted with fusesmb) and repeating your problem doesn't help us at all

Forget NFS and give output of commands above please (it's just 2 pages we're requesting it

)
edit: with smb and smbfuse enabled, nfs disabled and TV freshly rebooted
