I think my TV is broken

ok, i have yesterday contacted the samsung support and i will send them my tv. do you think that they can prove if i rooted my tv? and when they repair it, it will comes with the newest firmware so i have to do the same procedure like i did but now without a factory reset. the neweset firmware is rootable or not?
