Actually a few users reported that they were able to make app appear only with single USB drive plugged to USB #1. Once hack is done, there's indeed no problem in having multiple drives plugged.
I'm afraid it's worth dismantling the wall

I wonder if there is any other way to install a custom app on a non rooted TV, I know it would also mean to have to fix SamyGo patch activation procedure, I gave a quick look to the scripts I think it would be quite easy to achieve this goal.
Would the procedure described in the wiki (or in the forum I don't remember exactly where I have seen it, it was describing a way to install custom apps using a web server, etc.) work for this purpose? I know it is risky

but I am quite skilled on linux and embedded systems so I would take some risks...
Dismantle the wall would be my choice of last resort

Not sure anybody already succeeded in installing it through develop account, commonly reported result is "tv apps security" error...

Verify if the widget is executed at the start-up.
Sometimes it does not start because of a network error.

Best thing is to NOT read the description. Installing root for NON-MST is a good way to break MST root. Especially since it doesn't work

Second complaining and not providing screenshots is another way of makings things harder

Nowhere, there's no autostart widget on MST.
You should do smarthub and/or factory reset and restart from scratch MST procedure (
only)
