This is what I did few posts ago, but this not fixed the issue, I have again downloaded the samygo_data en formatted my usb stick to fat, and copyd the samygo_data and SamyGO-F-SM-MST-Fix-USB to usb and I am using lan connection. And i have not removed usb stick.

Did you redownload the samyext4.img? One more reasons that might cause problems is that your usb DOESN"T HAVE correct partition table. I would suggest trying another usb. or maybe formatting on other system...

yes forget that in post above I redownloaded the samyext4.img and put this in the samygo_data map. I have used 2 usb sticks. u mean formatting usb to ntfs?

Put the usb in other port. and dit the proces over again.
Rebooted tv 2 times, Butt still no ftp acces:(

Now everything looks okay
Do you have telnet access? When everything is green it basically worked
Try to login to tv using telnet and check what's wrong with ftp
Check ssh, etc.

When I try to connect with putty and put my tvs ip and port : 23 with telnet, and ssh it gives me the following error: Connection Refused.

I had this problem too .. Root seemed to load just fine, like yours, yet nothing worked .. no FTP, no telnet .. no nothing ... like you.
After like a week of losing hair over this, I finally found MY problem.
samyext4.img in the SamyGO_data folder on the USB-stik was bad .. maybe it was corrupted, maybe not .. but when I replaced
it with a freshly downloaded copy, everything started working as intended.
Try it .. you never know
