DUID: SHCA3HZIFDHGQ
MODEL CODE: BD-D5300/ZX
SERIAL NUMBER: ZS3F6CIB203254W
IP ADRESS: 10.235.195.204
SUBNET: 255.255.128.0
GATEWAY: 10.235.128.200

I roam through the menus, but don't know where to find it.

I have 3 players I'd like to downgrade firmware on BD-E5700's... I know it's not one the supported versions yet, but if I can get the right info, maybe it can be supported soon.

i have no bd-player but guess the DUID is visible in SmartHub menu -> system/support/contact samsung or smthg like...

I also have a BD-D5300-ZF bluray player that I would love to downgrade to pre-Cinavia firmware. Current version is shown as BSP-D5300ZF-1030.0. I tried using the DNS address supplied on the first post of this thread and got "No software to upgrade currently" message. I'm happy to be a guinea pig and test out an unproven version as the player is virtually useless to me as it stands.
Not sure what the DUID numbers is - there is no mention of it in the "contact Samsung" menu or anywhere else I can find. S/N printed on the back of case is 017868FBA0388L . There is also "AK63-00776A" written on the case which I guess is just the chassis number. The only other identifying feature I can find is the MAC Adress: 00:23:99:f2:4c:16.
Any suggestions much appreciated!

Ok. Here is a volenteer for a guine pig at BD-E6100. My FW is B-FIRBPEWWC 1053.2. DUID: KLCGYQLKTEI72.
