which actually means menu -?SYSTEM -? TIME and set timer to auto power on as soon as possible . Those two are the same thing.

Yes. These are two COMPLETELY (at least IMHO) different functions

Well you should check SamyGO directory. If you do see ANY new files that might be helpful.

Well you should check SamyGO directory. If you do see ANY new files that might be helpful.

because i had finally gotten skype installed using the develop acct method

Well set it to autostart and check if patching Main.js is required and if it does it help ?

so i edited the main.js and still no luck, i checked the usb drive for additional files and there is 1 file named ".cm0013" its located in the root of the usb drive. when i open it with notepad it has this " CM_DEV_ID|1421444574 " dont know if this helps at all.... when i run the rooting app i get 3 files highlighted in RED and only 1 highlighted GREEN.... so from the looks of it, i am apparently having an installation issue with skype. i can get the icon to show up in smarthub but when i run it, it hangs at splashscreen. SO the main question i have is what should the zip file size be for the skype app that im suppossed to install?? becuz ive come across a couple different zip files for skype and they are different sizes. and only 1 of them will install onto the tv. its relatively small in size (30kb) compared to the other one (11.1mb) ive tried modifying the widgetlist.xml and set the "compression size" to the larger zip file, but it wont upload to the tv. only the smaller zip file will.

Ehh I thought that Skype was finally working on your device? If Skype is NOT working and AUTOSTARTING there is absolutely NO POINT in trying this root technique Also you didn't post the screenshot after modyfing main.js... Did the installation continue etc. Without it no help

Started from the beginning but nothing...the Guide timer dont start the tv and also no Root with the Settings Timer.Tried a lot oft times.Everything is Green in SamyGO Installer.Would it help turning of the Watchdog Function in Service menu?

Well since three different reports I think we can confirm that firmware 2134.3 kill Skype root To bad you DIDN"T listen and UPDATE your firmware To avoid this I have placed a warning months ago
