Have you got a firewall? enable rusamsungtvcommunicator.
After you start the program on tv did you get the " a new remote controll found?" ... you have to enable it in addiction you have to set On the wireless remote option in the menu of the tv.
1.start ru samsungtvcommunicator on pc
2.allow connections
3. press a virtual button on the rusamsungcommuincator
4. on the tv you get one message that says a new remote control is found enable it? answer yes
the rusamsungtvcommunicator use port 55000 to send command on tv

There is no way to modify the pvr files.
these files are encrypted if you want to see the file you have to use an xfs reader on windows or just plug your usb in a pc with linux.

There is a way actually that we talking at closed doors since it touches DRM keys at TV...
I believe we could soon release a hack that enables unencrypted FTA recording at C series.
Also we talking with Samsung about the issue and they might remove encryption for FTA recording (but not for premium pay per view contents.).

Hi.

When I activate the PVR function for my C650, the menus from this are animated.
Can I activate this animation for the other menus too?

For example, the C750 and C6800 have animated menus.
When I change the model code from C650 to one of this two options in the service menu, then the menus are very nice and animated.
But the picture quality or better said the text clarity of the menus is very bad.

Does anyone has a solution for this "problem"?
How you see, the animations function very very good on the C650 and it looks really good.
