nobody donated a c series device for me.

so simply: no
in truth: yes, but not public.

but you can also search on internet for precompiled busybox that works on tv.

btw. password is SamyGO not SamyGo

ps: this version is without password protection, so don't forget to set one. and don't ask in this thread for support for it.

I changes file with password version.

passwd is working but file system is read-only, telnetd is working to.
mc makes segfault to.

/mtd_rwarea/passwd isn't read only.
did you call mc as mc or as mc.sh (as described in first post)?
edit: and you did it from a ssh session and not from telnet.
