Yes, strange thing I think this shudn't happening, keys not active but OnlineTV works.

I don't see for your a log files the transition to pause mode. I don't know what it is due.
Can put you a log file for double-quick pressing RETURN key for the OnlineTV source?

Reloading the OnlineTV app from SmartHUB isn't the optimal solution.
Temporarily better use the
RCremap with CMD and libRunWidget.
I try to use modified libLogRCkey (lib by @zoelechat) directly from OnlineTV.
