It looks ok but I don't advice you patching SquashFS under Windows because executables not reliable I guess.. I think you have better if you use linux for that.
Also, how could you update this firmware to TV? There is no Content Library / Game library for T-CHL5CIPDSEUC and RSA Disabler will not work on this. Without it you cannot burn this image to your TV...

This will show you if your SamyGO.sh is executed or not.
Enter to your TV from exlink and check this file
