I disabled samba script and now the nfs mounting script has improved a lot in term of speed.
Sometimes when I have another usb device plugged, an annoying popup will show every 10 minutes, how to disable it? I read somewhere in this forum the sollution but I can't it find anymore.

AFAIK there's currently no way to disable USB popup, you can only patch its duration using libSTFU.
You'd better have to figure out why it popups since it's supposed to happen only when a device is plugged, not "randomly with no reason" (device power supply problem?)
In any case, nothing related to font size patch...

It can happen in many situations for instance when You are using PVRtoAny or ExFAT :) All is well documented :)

Talk about your Exfat daemon, my PVRAnyDev one does not popup without good reason  ;)

You are modyfing usblog. After many, many tests I already know that in some circumstances modifications of usblog can point to endless changes (by TV itself) of usblog and that can cause many popups :) Believe me I have tested it very deeply before realsing ExFat :D

I believe you as usual, but I also believe that the man complaining about random USB popups doesn't use any of these scripts/daemons, and that's why I proposed something else :)

Then it also may be caused by a faulty usb drive and/or and usb disk attached to unsufficient amperage (one is 1A and one is 0.5A, at least on my tv).

Yeah, exactly what I first suggested ;)

The device is a 2GB usb flash and don't require extra power, the popup doesn't show often only sometimes when I power on tv, if I reboot won't show again for 10-15 reboots.
I found another way to speedup execution of scripts, I changed Virtual Usb name from SamyGO Virt. to Media and now in 30 seconds from tv start I can watch media files from nfs share :)

Is it physical or virtual that shows popup? If virtual it's known behavior, and in both cases you can still launch libSTFU script before vusb to reduce how long popup lasts (instead of 60sec default)...

Known method too, works for few users (at least you and me :) )
