You can do it from the service menu or you can try before the standard reset available in the normal menu under support folder.
0000 FW is available at the link in the first post but if you live in Italy some censure is applied and you need to fake the surfing IP.

ok , I do:
I reset from service menu, then 000 firmware from usb.
I Upgrade by net to 2009.2 firmware
I install samygo
I install oscam
ALL FINE , ALL WORKING
When I turn off my 55es8000 I lose oscam and I must restart by telnet. I hope to solve asap

I suggest you to use 2003 FW as it is well proven and allows the used of proc with Oscam widget if necessary.
OSCAM need to be set in autoexec. On ES8000 root this is not by default.
Read carefully the OSCAM topic and you will find how to set autoexec.

Extras is only available for donors group.
