Try to temporarily disable oscam script, reboot and see if "everything" starts then (ToolsMenu, webif on port 1080...).

Yes. after disable oscam script it worked , thank you. Need probably oscam script to start later? Rename?

Rename 05_05_Oscam.init in 99_99_Oscam.init and it worked, thank you

Ok, if you don't mind about startup time that's perfect, but doesn't change the fact that your oscam script is endless

Rename your oscam script again to 05_05_Oscam.init, edit it and add -b in the following line as follows:

$OSCAM_DIR/$BUILD -b -c $OSCAM_DIR -w 0
reboot TV

Hi.
Is it possible to hide or sort some entries instead of showing them?
There are too many items already for me.
I would like to hide Speaker Select, Picture Mode, Sport Mode.
