E series method from first post made but does not work,
I scanned the ports are open, and the following:
80 World Wide Web HTTP
443 http over TLS/SSL
3697 NavisWork License System
6000
7676 iMOnBroken Rendezvous
9090 WebSM
55000
55001

Just one question: why did you upgrade firmware, despite strong advises? Now you can't complain if method no longer works.

It worked perfectly. You have rooted your TV and are just probably making fun of us
I am sure you did read first post carefully and did everything according to instruction.

I did TV on root. but I can not access the FTP port and port 21

yes green paper has been activated writes but I do not communicate. I can not access the ftp and telnet. What should I do?

Then you definitely have telnet on port 5023
If telnet on normal port doesn't work and/or you can't connect FTP it means there is problem with your SamyGO_data directory
