Excellent! Online retrieval and decryption worked perfectly with cabled LAN connection!
Ashes on my head; I knew that android devices can disturb connections on WLAN, my WLAN printer repeatedly got disconnected.
That's why all androids are on my "guest" WLAN, so my main WLAN no longer gets disturbed.
But I didn't trust devices like TVs and internet radios as well.
So the main solution with PVRDecoder works perfectly well!
The second try with offline decryption also showed the 5GB limitation.
The .key and .srf files retrieved by Linux Reader and by PVRDecoder (temp) are identical.
The suggested test with Bugficks Decoder is pending. Can it be done on a Windows PC?
I do not yet clearly see what is to be done from the topic referenced, my unix knowledge is marginal.

It HAS to be done on a Windows PC
Download drmdecrypt.exe, retrieve .srf and .key to a local folder, open commandline and use given syntax:

No it DOESN'T

Linux/Unix/Mac or whatever version can be compiled from stuff "Console script" that I published months ago

We're trying DRMdecrypt version
included in Windows PVRdecoder. Maybe the problem exists on other platforms as well (it would be interesting to confirm it). But for now required test with given binary HAS to be done under Windows

@JamesZ
Could you attach somewhere your
16GB faulty recording for sectroyer to try to decrypt it on Mac?

I did find out what to do on windows.
I got confused because I first omitted the -hw switch (but it seems not to be needed in this version).
Note that the output size is correct, but drmdecrypt reports only about 5GB done.
Neither out.ts nor outout.ts produced are playable.
Is there an other drmdecrypt version to try?

Sorry, I can't provide any of my recordings. So far as I know I may make a copy of public or bought copyrighted material, such as public broadcasts, for my personal use, as long as it is not copy protected. But I am not allowed to distribute such copy.

You took
drmdecrypt version I linked? I can't explain why files are unplayable (do you mean incomplete?) since it's the same one used in PVRdecoder

Nevermind
ps: -hw switch is hardware decoding, no matter if you use it or not, it's just supposed to be faster with it

I downloaded drmdecrypt-v1.1.zip from topic near topic referenced earlier. By unplayable I mean the Windows 8 app named "Video" is endlessly "starting" if this file is doubleclicked. The successfully online retrieved and converted version starts quite quickly. I can try other players, but expect no other result.
Still I think the difference in bytes processed reported may be of interest.

Ok, anyway test was only to confirm DRMdecrypt did not go further launched manually. Confirmed, and no solution for now.
