I was not able to download attachment Samygo.zip.
First try, Avast detected link as unsafe.
Second try, Firefox issued message "connection to the server was reset ... site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy ..."

Link is up and working, disable Avast plague crap and any download manager.

Does te Rooting USB stick needs to stay always connected aven after succesfull rooting? Can it be changed with another one by copying files to the new one? (maybe a smaller one)

Of course you can safely unplug rooting USB while TV is OFF and replace it with any having backed up content (= needed rooting files). You can even create a small FAT partition on your recording device for example

I've got the problem that the TV isn't shutting down correctly.
More annoying is that the TV is not responding to some functions after some time. e.g. screen mirroring (aka MiraCast/WiDi), which sometimes stuck at "Loading" or just shows a black screen with backlight or sometimes even without backlight. No remote respond also.

Did you disable "instant on/off" (or whatever it is called in your language/tv)?

I have exactly this same problem - no screen mirroring (MiraCast/WiFi) after SamyGo loading.
Only after unplug memory stick with SamyGo - screen mirroring works correctly.
I'm using samygo since January 2015 - and it seems that it is only one problem with SamyGo.

My settings are correctly I think:
Menu->System->General->Quickly Power OFF
Menu->System->General->Samsung Instant ON - not exist in my TV

last samyext4.zip dated on 19/03/2015

Rooting worked on my UE40H6270 with firmware T-MST 14DEUC-2120.0

Notes:
- setting "Menu->System->General->Quickly Power OFF Samsung" does not exist
- setting "Menu->System->General->Samsung Instant ON" does not exist
- rooting worked fine, however there are some problems with the PVR decoder (see viewtopic.php?f=63&t=6511&start=830#p71948)

Huh? Works fine without the usb stick containing the samygo files. While it is plugged in it does not accept a connection from any device (smartphone, tablet).

Also I have problem with screen mirroring - it doesn't work with SamyGo.
Samsung phone has two possibility of showing pictures/movies through net on TV:
1. Nearby Devices option - it can send to TV (through android multimedia playback software) pictures or movies (no phone screen) - it works with SamyGO.
2. Screen Mirroring - it is exactly mirror of phone screen on TV - everything what you see on phone you can see on TV also - it doesn't work with SamyGo.

After disconnect Samygo from TV screen mirroring works without aby problem.
My Phone is Samsung Galaxy S5.
