Can I use the same flash disk for root and for my recordings? (NTFS format) When I was moving my recordings onto my PC by ftp, the speed was around 2MiB/s. Is this limit because of the router?

You can copy SamyGO_data to your NTFS formatted drive but you need to redownload the files since yours are probably broken.

I redownloaded all files, copied to new flash drive and still the same problem.

you are using WLAN, right? What sleep did you set as default ?

Yes, I am using WLAN. I do not set anything. I don't know where should I set it.

and once you root over LAN in first post it is described how to fix it on WLAN

I can't see where is instruction how to root by LAN. How to do this?

The same as over WLAN but DISCONNECT WLAN and connect via LAN

but for rooting I only use my usb drive. I do nothing by the WLAN at all.

But TV does!!!! It fails to detect your usb BECAUSE of WLAN connection use WLAN then add sleep 120 and your root should be stable
