You can fell free to upgrade to any firmware. Until now hack works after firmware upgrade procedure.

Yes, hack can be deleted by commands i`m going to add to wiki. You need ExLink.
1. enter 10041004, then:

31337 - /mtd_rwarea/start.sh will be deleted
or
666 - /mtd_rwarea/start.sh, /mtd_rwarea/usb_mount, /mtd_rwarea/network_opt will be deleted

2. Format /mtd_rwarea/ over ExLink:

After that your TV is no more hacked.

2. If you do not have ExLink:
You can execute FactoryReset from ServiceMenu, /mtd_rwarea/network_opt will be deleted
