No, it's problem of Windows linefeeds (CR+LF) WinSCP converts to without asking user. SCP uses ssh, nothing to do with ftpd, and anyway problem relies ONLY on WinSCP, not on any built-in sysroot daemon. Just use advised software and you will encounter no problem, otherwise no need that I waste my spit in writing tutorials
