It was just my mistake. In v0.10.1 the last energy saving state should be restored.
Tray it, but didn't work as it should.
When use keys
M+3 for panel on energy mode back to previous state (my "High"), but when I use any remote key mode set to "Off" (also show info box).

This is just how it works.. when "Picture Off" is enabled (from Menu -> Setup -> General -> "Energy Saving", or by custom function call), energy saving option 0 ("Off") gets stored in NVRAM, and TV enters "wait for any key to enable screen" mode; previous state is not restored by Samsung firmware after pressing "any key". I guess automatic or semi-automatic energy level state restoring can be implemented on application level. But I'm not quite sure how such a code may behave; changing energy saving
instantly after turning panel ON will be somehow unusual event sequence for B-series TVs.

by me TV off and not panel off
Unfortunatelly yes, ESAVING_PANEL_OFF don't work correctly on CI+ yet. Maybe
sbav1 can fix this.
Not sure it's CI+-related, manga00 Tv is B750, which has more advanced esaving hardware (equipped with light sensor, AFAIRC). Looks like energy saving option values are not universal in Samsung B-series..
Not much to be done without access to actual hardware.
If someone wants to check esaving options on different TV model, please have a look at CMenuEnergySavingValueItem::SetMenuItemData and CGeneralActionWindow::t_ProcessExit firmware functions first.
Please be careful, everybody. I don't know what may happen if invalid/unsupported value gets written to NVRAM by mistake.

kevinmason, thank you! I'll look into your exeDSP. There are some symbols but the size of your exeDSP is ~ 2/3 of T-CHL7DEUC's exeDSP size.

You can't record hdmi inputs. Only DTV channels.
