How to 'add sleep 120'? Edit file in '/mtd_rwcommon/SamyGO/rcSGO'? So, I have to get there with FTP by LAN with disconnected WLAN?

I connected TV with notebook by LAN and still can't get FTP access to my TV. (I rooted it again)

what is IP of your PC you are connecting from to TV? How did you set IP of TV?

PC: 192.168.1.3
TV: 169.254.83.91
IP Address is set up automatically

Setup your tv ip to same ip range. Your tv does not get proper ip, perhaps your router does not have enabled dhcp server.
For example, set your tv manually:
IP: 192.168.1.4
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: your router's IP (i think it is 192.168.1.1)
Dns: your router's IP

I set up IP, mask, gateway, DNS manually and still can't get root access.

Yeah and probably your cable is wrong. run in terminal this command:
It will probably fail. I also suspect you had bad ip (169....) over LAN because of faulty cable and/or router. If "normal communication" doesn't work how do you suspect rooting to be working ?

Reboot tv after you set up new ip and then check ftp to new ip.
