Torrent download stuck error repaired.

I have added some improvement.
Now only needs to restart the torrent server after saving the settings. Working faster then before.

Only one thing to be aware, at first run all of my settings were reset.

If you remove the program with the TV application manager before install the updated one, the settings directory and its contents will be automatically deleted. This is intentionally handled by the TV software. That's fine. The program therefore leaves no trace on the TV.

If you do not remove the program before installing the new updated version, the installer will check the previous version and if it is different from the current one, it will be reset the settings to the defaults. I need to modify this.
In the future veriant I will check all stored variables and update them without deletion if possible.

With the help of greenhorn the Bulgarian translation is almost ready.

I know a way, but I think it's too brutal.
