enabling PVR & co should be work with ruSamsungTVCommunicator for 3011.1 as well - very easy to use!

but, do not (as described there) something with "Model" or so. This is what worked for me:

HowTo:

- Setup ruSamsungTVCommunicator (http://www.rainerullrich.de/samsung/) and test that the virtual remote control is communicating with the TV - it has two additional buttons than your standard hardware remote!
- Switch of TV
- Access the service menu as usual: Press buttons INFO, MENU, MUTE and POWER subsequently on the "real" remote control
- Start up ruSamsungTVCommunicator, connect it with the TV, press virtual buttons FACTORY, wait some seconds and then 3SPEED
- enable "PVR-Mode" in sub-options.
- Switch off TV.

why do you change the model number? no problem with 650, you have to go to sub-options and to enable pvr, nothing more to do.

Are there any news how I can activate animated menus on my C650?
Only the unlocked PVR is animated, because this is actually only available for better models.

In what way is an animated menu animated?
