When taking a slow memory stick for the pvr app copy it to the internal memory. Otherwise the TV will react slowly on IR commands.
The ts files being created work fine on my PC. But they do not work in the TV's media play. It tells me unsupported codec or format. Is this normal?
I guess this is due to the fact that the teletext is saved as stream 0, video as stream 1 and audio as stream 2 according to vlc. Am I right? Any ideas how to deal with it?

Right, You can remux the resulting file on PC or you might change the PVR code to save Video as 1.st and audio as 2.nd stream.

Samsung taking naively stream 0 and 1 all the time, no matter what, is a pain in the ass.
Do you have any recommandations for remuxing tools?

Your usb is ntfs formated. Change to fat32
