You firmware is T-ECPDEUC, right? So yes
My advice would be to downgrade to well-tried 2003.4

i have a ue40es8000s with 2009.2 FW. from what i read in this threa, it is recomended to install 2003.4 FW. it is correct?
for you guys to know i have installed all of your FW. i had 2014.2 before, i made downgrade with ...0000, then i installed 2003.4, then 2006, then 2008.2, then 2009.2
I did this because i have some issues mentioned in support section. All FW work well, but i want to know what version is recomended to have installed. should i install 2003.4 and keep this verison? thanks!

2003.4 is commonly reported as the most SamyGO compliant. If you don't plan to install SamyGO, no matter which version you keep. You're lucky enough to have a "downgradable" TV meaning you have the choice...
If you tried many fw, you should have noticed that there were NO improvements between them. So, why not keep an old well-tried one?

I have a ue40s7000 TV.Firmware on my 002014.Is the downgrade it may be the SECUSB_0000? I cannot download,because 99% OF decryption error message than stop.

Between censorship and other various errors, it seems Mega is definitely not reliable. Gimme some (upload) time to mirror it...
