samsung c-series with kernel 2.6.24_SELP.4.3.x-Cortex-A8 supports nfs, so no need for the nfs modules.
for cifs.ko, console error message is senseless real error is visible in kernel log (dmesg output)
the kernel has a different configuration/sourcecode so the cifs.ko can't work.

you can try to rebuild the modules from sources for the BD if samsung released it -> http://opensource.samsung.com/
i think there is also a precompiled toolchain for armv7 in one of the samsung tv-source packages.
