PVRtoTS doesn't remove any audio track, it is even not able to... There must be a setting you need to figure out on TV
What about playback on other device?

OK just found out that via DLNA/nfs I can't change the language on my Samsung.

On VLC on my Mac it works. We haven't tried that before.

But somewhere there is a plugin from Samygo available which fixes this problem.
Or the PVR?oTS file should have the option to set the default language.

Audio is there and I can hear it without problem on PC...
But on TV it says "audio AC3 not supported" and I'm sure it is supported.
However, stream seems to be a bit "exotic", english is 2nd audio and 1st is german but empty (only header). Probably TV is disappointed by this and doesn't detect well audio to play.

I see only one solution, you have to "fix" concerned streams with a tool such as 'TSdoctor'. I just tried and now I have english audio on TV. Unfortunately this tool is Windows software, not Mac

PVRtoTS just decode "as is", it doesn't care of what's in stream.

Sounds like a possible solution is to use VMWare on the Mac to run a Windows-installation and then use TSDoctor.
TSDoctor works very well for me when I want to remove not-needed sub-streams ... Like german audio
