I have the samsung f series (f8000) and i used to be able to change the country store or region by following the known steps ( mute, return, v + ch, ch+, Mute) in the terms and condition page inside the step up window. after upgrading my tv firmware to 1123.2 im not able to change the region anymore.
once i click mute, return, i get back to the main tv screen

i need you help here please

I also have the similar problem After touching the "return" TV goes back to the main channel without volume.

netflix was just introduced in my country
thought app wasn't working because of old tv firmware
so i update
then after reading well it seems that netflix wasn't working because of wrong store
now i can't change store, perhaps there is a new combination for this menu to appear?
is there something i can do from extended service menu?

I've managed to downgrade my tv fw now it's working again and i can change country with mute, return, vol up, ch up mute

So now you should disable OTN Support ASAP and block updates on router

Ah ok disabling otn already done not greyed out anymore
i should block too ?
