Start a JS8090 in TV-Mode

Is it possible to start the TV always in TV-mode and not with the last active Source? My Kids often play PS3 or a Blu-Ray and then the TV starts with the last active HDMI-Port. But the PS3 ist off - the screen is black an my wife angry
