Hello,
after trying to change the region from service menu my TV went into boot loop (there is just the same topic of that, I think same TV same country). I found the eeprom and wrote how to reset it but on the photos it was bigger that what I found so I decided not to risk and send it in a service shop and they fixed it.
TV is working but in smart hub I only got browser, no 'Samsung apps' so I pretty much can't add anything else.....Also in the menu ''Samsung Account' is not active....also'Voice recognition'. I went in service menu (again...) And tried to change the region bit there is no country list...
Any idea from anyone?
At least how to add apps back?
I activated the smart hub several times, then reset it... But nothing.... Tried in the activation on step 4 to use MUTE RETURN VOLUMES AND MUTE combination but it's not showing anything. The RETURN returns me to the channels list...
Pls, anyone, ideas?

So I keep on having no apps
I don't really have time but when I do I'm keep on trying and failing...
just found out in the service menu it says:
Serial number:Fail
Pre Software Version:Fail
Software Version: T-MST12DEUC-2115.1
Panel Display time: 28110 min
Pairing: 3D glasses:X, 11'remote:X, 12'smart controller
SmartHub Use: Fail
WatchDog Count: 0
3D glasses I don't and never had ...

Still no access to Samsung Account, can't use FF 289 REW (says Not Available), MUTE RETURN VOLUMES AND MUTE returns ot clicking RETURN....
any option to install some custom firmware?
