How to enable voice recognition and gestures on the US J6300 series?

What should I change in the service menus, and/or filesystem?
Specifics:
[UNXXJ6300]
T-HKMFAKUC-1440.3
T-HKMFAKUS-1023
rel-hawkall-atsc-rca-hawk-m--fhd_20151210.1 (Release)
DTCP Not support (we can change this as is known)
Note: I added an external camera which works with Skype and the Camera app in the US locale

You need to activate smart control support in service menu and pair the smart remote afterwards.

Sorry, I need specific parameters, including camera gesture control.

many of these parameters correspond to the potential of iron and firmware.
many simply block the opportunities of some models and unlock others. for example 3d or smart remote.
I have so far failed to activate voice control j6390 euro: voice recog=on and smart control=on in service menu.
tell about their successes please.
