Good morning? I have a smart TV samsung un48j6300 that this with bug. So I went into the service menu and altered some work that now appears pxtv when I call him and no longer have any access to the menu of service? please I tried to upgrade to flash drive but it did not work with the upgrade of Samsung. Please help me
